Beyond rentals, our sales division—led by Paul alongside Caio and Gabriel Simao—has closed over $25 million in traditional sales transactions while also specializing in distressed and foreclosed property acquisitions. We work directly with banks and lenders to manage and sell their troubled assets, and our development arm transforms these properties into high-quality homes.
