Owner, Founder and Broker

Paul Linder is the Owner, Founder, and Broker of Prestige Property Solutions. A Boston University graduate with a business background, he got an early start in real estate, buying his first home at 22 and building a strong investment portfolio by 25.

In 2000, Paul transitioned from landlord to broker and launched Prestige Property Solutions. While the firm began as a specialized apartment rental agency, and continues to partner with landlords to facilitate hundreds of rentals annually, Paul has since grown the company into a full-service real estate firm.

Today, Paul leads a team that helps clients through every step of buying and selling property. In addition to traditional sales, his team works directly with banks and lenders to manage and sell their troubled or foreclosed assets, ensuring these properties are handled efficiently.

Paul’s expertise also extends to property development, where he specializes in purchasing foreclosed homes and transforming them into high-quality projects. Whether he is leading a team of agents or managing a complex development, Paul’s deep knowledge of the Boston market makes Prestige Property Solutions a versatile and reliable partner for any real estate needs.


John Hanrahan

With more than 32 years in the real estate industry, John Hanrahan has built a reputation for helping renters and property owners feel confident and supported through every step of the leasing process. He specializes in apartment rentals across the South Shore, North Shore, Boston, and Central Massachusetts, consistently leasing 100+ apartments a year and helping owners find great tenants while maximizing their rental income. John especially loves working with first-time renters, guiding them through budgets, neighborhoods, and must-haves until they find a place that genuinely feels like home.

A Boston native who grew up, studied, and now raises his own family here, John brings a level of local insight you won’t find anywhere else. He understands the ins and outs of school districts, parks, restaurants, and job opportunities because he experiences these communities every day. His deep roots, steady expertise, and down-to-earth approach make him a trusted partner for anyone navigating the area’s ever-changing rental market.


Caio Simao

Caio Simao began his real estate career early—starting as an admin at Prestige at 16 and becoming a licensed Massachusetts salesperson at 18. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Finance degree and a concentration in Real Estate, returning each summer to work as a rental agent in Boston.

After college, Caio joined Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan, completing their competitive 12-month rotational program before spending two years on Tara Stacom’s leading Office Leasing team. There, he gained extensive experience in leasing, financial analysis, valuation, research, client communication, and team coordination.

Caio returned to Prestige in 2020 with a strategic plan to grow the company’s sales and rental divisions alongside Paul. Their collaboration quickly expanded Prestige’s sales inventory, client base, and presence in both traditional and foreclosure markets. Since 2024, Caio has closed over $25M in traditional sales transactions, plus several million more in distressed property acquisitions, leading him to focus full-time on Sales while still supporting rental operations tied to the sales team.

Today, Caio helps lead Prestige’s Sales Department, supporting an environment where agents can thrive in both sales and rentals. He is committed to delivering attentive, personalized service and continues to challenge himself professionally while working closely with Prestige’s leadership and talented agent team—all with the same goal: exceptional results for every client.


Gabriel Simao

Gabriel Zake Simao is a Boston real estate agent with ten years at Prestige Property Solutions, starting as an intern and now working in sales alongside his brother as part of the Beantown Property Brothers team. With five years of experience as a licensed agent and hundreds of rental transactions completed throughout Greater Boston, Gabriel brings a deep understanding of the local market and a client-first approach. He also manages Prestige’s media department as Creative Director, ensuring every listing receives polished, high-quality marketing that helps properties stand out.


Sophia Bruno

For the past 2.5 years, Sophia has made her mark in the Boston rental market by doing what most agents can’t, or simply won’t. She specializes in navigating Boston and its surrounding towns with speed, strategy, and precision. Sophia’s clients come to her because she doesn’t just send listings; she builds a curated game plan. And when a unit falls through – which happens often in this market, she pivots and keeps the momentum moving. “I don’t stop until you’ve found your perfect spot!”

One of her biggest strengths is her network. She finds units that most renters will never find on their own. Even with the new no-broker-fee law, there are situations where clients may be responsible for half of a fee. Her clients get top tier communication, relentless advocacy, and a level of effort that turns a chaotic apartment hunt into a smooth, controlled process.

Recently, Sophia has expanded into sales, partnering with other top agents in our office. Together, they are targeting foreclosures and handling purchases and sales with the same sharp, strategic approach.

He values Prestige for its tight-knit community and the way every team member supports and elevates one another. Outside of real estate, Anthony is a filmmaker, an Army Reservist, and a home mechanic.

Prior to joining Prestige Property Solutions, Kevin was a legal assistant at a nationwide title and escrow firm, where he assisted with thousands of real estate closings. Having seen and resolved the many types of issues that can affect a property transaction, Kevin remains confident in his ability to advise his clients from contract to close.

Known for his professionalism and integrity, Kevin is committed to building lasting client relationships and ensuring clients feel supported in every step of their real estate journey.


Jonathan Linder

Jonathan has been part of Prestige since 2015. Originally from Los Angeles, he moved to the East Coast for college and has called it home ever since. He enjoys working in real estate because no two days are the same—each client, property, and task brings something new, making the work both dynamic and rewarding.

Outside of the office, Jonathan loves spending time with his wife and their daughter, Tori. He’s also an avid sports fan who enjoys playing and watching football, basketball, and baseball.
